PDHonline Course Provider Biography
Mr. Wine received his Master of Engineering from University of Florida in 1989. He is a licensed professional engineer in three states. In addition, he is a Certified Distance Learning Instructor, and has conducted over 1,000 hours of Distance Learning Instruction.
Mr. Wine is a member of Society of American Military Engineers (SAME)and American Public Works Association.
